Calvin Russette took great care of me today! I came in for an oil change and continue to love the latest updates Toyota of Bozeman has made to the service experience. The maintenance team now shares videos and real-time updates from the back, which is absolutely awesome. Calvin was communicative, friendly, polite, and professional from start to finish. We were right on time, they kept the queue moving, and my entire oil change took about an hour and seven minutes. One thing I especially appreciate about Toyota of Bozeman is their honesty. Sometimes you come in and several things are due, and other times everything checks out. Today was one of those days where everything looked good, which I was very happy to hear! They’re great about letting me know when something needs attention, when something can wait, and when I’m simply in good shape. Taking care of my 4Runner is important to me, and I always appreciate feeling like I’m getting straightforward information about what it actually needs. Looking forward to the next visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from Bozeman Toyota! We were traveling from out of town to Bozeman for the Bobcat football game when we experienced some serious brake issues coming down the pass. Shane at Bozeman Toyota went above and beyond to help us. He stayed on the phone with us, patiently walked through troubleshooting, and even relayed information from the service center to help us understand what was going on and what we should do next. That kind of customer service is rare. Shane could have simply told us to bring the vehicle in, but instead he took the time to help us when we really needed it. His professionalism, patience, and genuine concern made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Shane and Bozeman Toyota! You truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful.
