Spectacular staff and service!!! My parents' car broke down at Yellowstone on Friday, and Toyota of Bozeman had the part needed to get the car running again. As my parents were getting towed, I called in from Oregon about service availability and was told they didn't have any more time slots that day, and the soonest they could fix it was Monday. Given that my parents were only visiting for that weekend, I was told to speak to the manager, Andrew. I explained the situation and that it was just the ignition coil that needed replacing, and he told us that if we got in before closing, we could squeeze in, or he would personally fix it if no staff were available! I cannot thank Andrew and his team enough for helping my parents so they could continue on their Yellowstone trip. They went above and beyond to make sure my parents were able to drive out that day. THANK YOU!!

The service provider was outstanding! she was absolutely outstanding! Linda went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner today when it seemed that there was absolute chaos on the first day of a new computer system.
