I just bought a 2021 Venza this month. As always this is the best customer service my fantastic sales person Keegan Brady made this such an easy process and was still happy to help me a few days later when i did not know how the app worked. I flew here from Texas to buy a car here. this is my third car bought here and i plan on more to come. Highly recommend 11 out of 10 Thank you Toyota of Bozeman! Ya'll are the best keep it up.

My experience with the service department, and specifically Jeremy Ricks, was outstanding! My daughters car broke down in Bozemen and had to be towed in. To complicate matters, she is a student and this was during finals week. We needed to have the car diagnosed and repaired rapidly as it was the means to get her back to her home state. We only had two days. Jeremy was prompt with communication, providing regular updates. The car was repaired the next day and help up great for 800 miles of driving. Jeremy and Toyota of Bozeman, thanks for the great example of perfect customer service!

Overall great experience at Ressler! I purchase a 2025 Tacoma and my salesman Brooks, was amazing. He specifically was the biggest reason I decided to purchase from Ressler. I could have gone somewhere else and saved a bit of money, but Brooks was so easy to work with, I thought it was worth it to do business with him! Brooks was not pushy at all, and made the process of purchasing a vehicle extremely easy. I was in and out in less then 3 hours. The only reason I have to give 4 stars is the salesman that sells GAP, warranties, and extra services was extremely pushy. I declined any extra services within 2 minutes of talking with him and he just kept pushing. I get he is a salesman but it was beyond pushy in comparison to what I have experienced in the past. Overall, Ressler is a amazing dealership to work with and I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle!

On a cold snowy day, my neighbor ran into and broke my passenger side taillight on my 2018 Tacoma. Ressler had the light in stock. I picked it up and went out to the truck to install it, and locked my keys in it. Andrew the service manager brought his unlock kit, and a 10mm socket and drill. He unlocked the truck, spun out the two retaining bolts, snapped the light in, secured the bolts, and sent me on my way—no charge! That’s why I bought the truck there, my 2017 Yaris there, and always have the oil changed there!

Bought my 4Runner here almost 3 years ago and have had nothing but great experiences when bringing it in for service! The staff is always so friendly and efficient. I had an oil change yesterday and noticed this morning an oil spill under my car in my garage. My husband didn’t realize just how clear the oil was that went in my car and was worried he couldn’t see much on the dipstick. I called right away and got in touch with Alden! He was phenomenal. Him and one of his tech guys came out and checked to make sure everything was okay! (It was) They went above and beyond for me and even cleaned up the oil spill in my garage that was just from them not getting it super clean under neath after the change! So thankful for their service and peace of mind!

I’m a little late on posting this review, but wanted to make sure I still posted it because we had such a good experience purchasing our vehicle with Cam Jacobson at Ressler Toyota in Bozeman. About 6 weeks ago, my girlfriend and I were in the process of looking for a vehicle to prepare for the Montana winter - we recently moved to Montana from Florida and feared my car would not handle the snow and ice very well. We weren’t sure what vehicle would be best for us and Cam took the time to go over different options and help us weigh the pros and cons of each. Cam is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. He was very patient with us as we deliberated our options. He wasn’t pushy at all and allowed us to take the time to make a choice that felt right for us. In the end, we left with what I still believe is the best option for us. We are very happy with our RAV4! And when it’s time to get another vehicle, we will definitely be going back to see Cam at Ressler Toyota in BZN! Thanks Cam, you the man!
