Linda Adams was terrific. A great experience from start to finish. I was driving from the east coast when my maintenance light came on. I called from ND at 7:30 in the morning and received an appointment for the same day. Eight hours and 540 miles later, Linda dealt with me from start to finish. She came to the waiting area several times to give me status updates. It’s my first time in Bozeman and she gave me the names of places to eat. At other Toyota dealers after the service reps hand me my paperwork I have to wait on line for a cashier to pay. Linda handled payment right there in the garage bay. Thanks for the quick service.
