I was so surprised to come back two days later with my husband‘s car and Linda Adams again waited on us. I especially appreciated her arranging for transportation to and from the showroom. I also appreciated visiting with three drivers one had the last of Bo’s. I believe her first name was Marianne, but not positive although we had a wonderful talk about her nephews that were born at the hospital where I used to work and Had a great talk with MIKE today about Thanksgiving and his travels and my travels in Alaska and then the driver on Monday was working with Mary. I enjoyed conversing with him as well thank you so much for providing the shuttle service but also for the great customer service from Lynda.

If you would like to bypass all the eye rolls and scoffs from both the awake and quite literally asleep men at this operation just save yourself the time and ask for Kim she will take care of you through your entire process. Absolute record repair turnaround time for Bozeman. Update: came back to say that the men on the other side of the wall in sales were incredibly nice and patient! I now have my go to Toyota team! Kim, Colin, and Arazan! Thank you for being so nice and patient with me.
