I took my daughter‘s Toyota Land Cruiser to be checked out after a recent appointment and oil change when she had a flat tire very soon afterwords. Linda was extremely patient and listened to the story and my theories. Her team quickly and efficiently diagnosed the valve problem and fixed it. The spare was then replaced underneath the undercarriage. No charge! Linda was efficient and did an excellent job explaining the problem. I then asked her if there was an option to pre-purchase oil changes as a gift for my daughter. She told me my options, which is a vast savings for something that will be needed. I really appreciated her customer service and care in a world where you were treated like a number. Thank you, Linda Adams! We will be back!

Due to some unfortunate circumstances we had to buy a car on short notice and Garrett with the sales team turned a stressful task into such a pleasant experience. Garett continued to answer all our questions and create such a positive experience between the frequent and helpful check-ins from Daemon in the financial department as he negotiated with the banks to secure us a great loan.
