Well done. Took our RAV4 in for routine maintenance and we were greeted by Jace, who kept us updated and advised us on additional services our car required. Jace was professional and polite, giving us options and pricing for the additional services recommended. In a rare show of customer service before profit, he acknowledged our concerns and stated that if we couldn’t find a better total price elsewhere he would work with us.
