Brooklyn in Service dept. was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to some specific concerns I had about very rough roads I'd been driving all summer, combined w need to drive back to Chicago that night. I really appreciate the attention as well as surprisingly fast turnaround.

I live out of town, and Jace was incredibly accommodating finding a time for me to bring the car in without having to wait too long despite a long list of items to be taken care of. Once begun, the service checkup moved apace. The waiting room was comfortable, had free Wi-Fi and beverages, and clean bathrooms.

Brooklyn and Ty were friendly and excellent to work with!

Brooklyn provided exceptional customer service with my truck's oil change today. The drop-off process was quick and easy. They even gave me a ride to work. The oil change was completed in a timely mannner and they sent a comprehensive video that detailed every serve they had done. I was impressed by the quality of service, it was truly a five-star experience.

Brooklyn O. Is an amazing service advisor. She went out of her way to help me get stuff I left in my car when it was dropped off for service. She helped me get a rental for the time they were working on my car and kept me updated through the entire process. She explained things in a way that was very easy to understand.

We’ve had our 4Runner serviced here three times now, and every experience has been great. During our most recent visit, our service advisor, Calvin Russette, was especially wonderful. He clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, walked us through our options, and gave thoughtful recommendations without ever making us feel pressured. We felt informed and confident about the decisions we made, which we really appreciated. Calvin is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful; exactly what you hope for in a service advisor. We’ll absolutely continue bringing our 4Runner here!
