My wife and I buy a lot of personal vehicles-we have actually owned a commercial truck dealership for 39 years and we strive to give our customers this level of service. This is without a doubt the best transaction we have ever done! We purchased a 2026 Sequoia sight unseen-remotely from Trevor in sales and worked with Parker in the F&I office with some support from Jeff the sales manager. It was painless-no pressure and they even sourced and delivered the car 5 hrs away exactly when they said they would. Buying a car is not Rocket Surgery and should be fun-exciting and easy. Went in to Ressler today to buy snow tires and get them put on my car. Kami made things easy, efficient, and I had no problems. She gave me an accurate estimate for timing and arranged for a shuttle to give me a ride home and back when the car was ready. Jace was also really helpful in checking me out once the car was ready. Absolutely plan to come back for all my future service needs and hope to work with both again.
