I brought my sweet old Rav 4 in for some needed maintenance. Ross Spencer could not have been more helpful. He researched which services I really needed, educated me on the timeline for upcoming services, ask pertinent and useful questions and gave me much needed suggestions and reassurance. Just had an outstanding experience leasing a new Tacoma. It was somewhat of a difficult transaction due to the fact I'm currently out of state and the expired lease vehicle was in Basin, MT. Micah, sales manager and salesperson Tiffany went above and beyond working with my partner there and me via text and phone to put the new lease together. BTW, the financial part of the transaction was much better than the other surrounding Toyota dealers were willing to offer in part because of their limited inventories. Vehicle purchasing / leasing can be an unpleasant experience but this outfit made it pleasurable.

I have had multiple visits here with my ToyotaCare package for service, and have had a great experience each time! Even though my service package has ended, I will continue to go to them if I need help with my Rav4. All of the employees I interacted with were pleasant and welcoming. I'd like to specifically shout out Jace, who went above and beyond to help me get in and out of my appointment in a timely manner when he did not need to do that (I had double booked myself on accident). He also shared information with me about expanding my service package, and I did not feel pressured to buy like I've felt before with other salesman. I've had appointments here where I'm in and out in an incredibly fast time. The one time it was not as quick, they were sure to let me know at tht start if it was going to take longer. Thank you Jace and your team in the service department for making oil change appointments enjoyable!
